Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: To receive their commission, participants must be eligible to invoice Quendro GmbH.

2. Referral Reward: Participants will receive 10% commission for each successful referral that results in a signed project with Quendro GmbH.

3. Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid within 30 days after the referred client signs a contract and completes the first payment.

4. Referral Process: Referrals must be submitted through the provided referral form, and the client must not already be in discussions with Quendro GmbH.

5. Tax Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on referral rewards.

6. Program Changes: Quendro GmbH reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

7. Confidentiality: Participants agree not to disclose confidential information about Quendro GmbH or the referred clients without consent.

8. Disqualification: Any false or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any rewards.
